D&D Origins with Jonathan
Rinn was stolen from the Underdark by The High Observer of Elturel as a young child. He thought of this royal captor as his father until the The High Observer revealed that Rinn was only brought to Elturel in order to win a bet…a bet the king would win if he were able to culture a lower creature such as a Drow…a bet he won. Rinn escaped from the Elturel that very night, avoiding slavery or death. He lived on the streets of a nearby city, Baldur’s Gate, making his living in underground prize fighting. He fights with a fire that burns deep in his core. If the world sees him as a monster, that’s just what he’ll give them. However, he has a soft spot for and is naturally compelled to defend the weak against bullies and oppressors.
